How do shop appointments work?
CJL Autoworks is a full-service physical repair shop offering scheduled vehicle drop-offs only. Schedule before visiting so we can reserve bay time, prepare tooling, and confirm the parts plan. Because we do not have a customer waiting area, please have transportation ready once your vehicle and keys are checked in.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes - CJL Autoworks is fully licensed (NC #3149014) and insured (Pending) in the state of North Carolina. We stand behind every repair with professionalism and accountability.
Do you work on non-European vehicles?
Yep - we service nearly all makes and models, including commercial and recreational vehicles. We also work on select military vehicles depending on the platform and job scope.
Do you rebuild transmissions?
Yes - we now offer in-house transmission rebuilding on select models. Share your VIN and concerns so we can confirm compatibility, parts availability, and the right scheduling window.
