Terms of Service
Last updated November 30, 2025
Scheduling and appointments
When you book an appointment, we reserve a technician and travel window specifically for your vehicle. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a service charge so we can recover labor and dispatch costs.
Parts and deposits
Parts that exceed $100 require a deposit equal to the part cost before we place the order. This ensures we can source specialty components quickly and keep your repair on schedule.
Communication practices
Service reminders and job updates may be sent by phone or email. Opting in or out of phone notifications adjusts text messages; by default, we will still call you for important updates unless you request otherwise.
Customer responsibilities
- Provide accurate vehicle, location, and contact information so we can prepare and travel with the right parts and tools.
- Notify us as soon as possible if scheduling needs change to avoid cancellation fees.
- Review estimates and invoices promptly; approved work may require prepayment for parts that exceed the deposit threshold.
Liability
We stand behind our workmanship with a 12-month / 12,000-mile labor warranty. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, aftermarket modifications, or issues that arise from declined repairs.
